Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp candied orange peel
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the candied orange peel. Mix with the orange liqueur and let it sit for 2 hours. Beat the butter with a ladle or in a mixer until peaks form. Then add the remaining ingredients and the candied orange peel and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a butter dish, cover with cellophane or similar, and consume within 2 weeks.
