Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg(s)
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Milk as needed
- Butter for the pan

Separate the egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, egg yolks, sugar, and salt in an electric mixer, adding enough milk a little at a time until a creamy mixture forms. Blend thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Add butter to the pan and cook over medium-high heat, forming approximately 8 cm pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve hot pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Extra tip: Canarian Miel de Palma goes particularly well with this, so be sure to bring it back from your next vacation in Tenerife!
