Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar gravy
- 100 ml red wine, dry
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 100 ml cream
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for pasta, rice and also with meat
Wash and slice the zucchini. Sear the zucchini slices in a little oil, reduce the heat, add the finely diced garlic cloves, finely chopped onion, and the passata. Season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan. Then add the meat juices and dry red wine to the pan and simmer. Stir in the crème fraîche and cream and continue reducing. Season to taste with a little Kikkoman soy sauce. I like to serve the braised zucchini slices separately as a small side dish, but you can also stir them directly into the sauce.
