  • 300 ml milk
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp basil, shredded
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the bread maker

Place the ingredients in the bread maker’s baking pan in the following order: Milk Oil Honey Basil Salt Flour Yeast Select a setting for white bread – light (approx. 2.5 – 3 hours).
