Place the rice without the cooking bag in the steamer basket, then place the basket in the blender jug. Mix 1100 ml of water with 1 tbsp of vegetable stock and pour it over the rice in the blender jug. Distribute the frozen vegetables and meat in the Varoma container and put the lid on. Once everything is sealed, press the steamer button. “120°C, 20 min.” will automatically appear. Start the program. If desired, the time can be extended after the 20 minutes, but this is not actually necessary. When the rice, meat, and vegetables are ready, keep warm. For the sauce, add 250-300 ml of water to the blender jug, along with the sour cream, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and about 30-40 g of the cooked vegetables. Then heat the sauce in the blender jug for about 3-5 minutes, depending on the consistency, on level 4 at 90°C. Tip: You can also use any meat you like, but the cooking time may vary. Avoid using canned vegetables, as they’ll cook mushy. If you don’t like soy sauce, use 2 tablespoons of cornstarch instead.
