Quark for baked potatoes

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 packs of quark
  • 10 tbsp, heaped parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cups of cream
  • sugar or salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simply

Stir together the quark and cream, then stir in the parsley and a pinch of sugar. And there you have it, your delicious, simple dip. You can also omit the sugar, depending on your taste, and season with a little salt instead.
