Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ½ bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
- ½ bell pepper(s), green, finely diced
- 1 spring onion(s), chopped
- 500 g corn
- Salt
- possibly parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Grilled side dish
Melt the butter, add all ingredients except salt, and sauté until soft. Season with salt and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
