Asparagus with Rocket and Strawberries

The perfect asparagus with rocket and strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cleaned white asparagus
  • Salt, a pinch of sugar, pepper
  • Quarter of organic lemon
  • Handful of cleaned rocket
  • 50 g Strawberries in quarters
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Discs Black Forest ham
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped chives
  1. Bring water to the boil with 1 pinch of salt and sugar and the lemon in a saucepan. Cook the asparagus in it for about 20 minutes over a mild heat, then drain. Cut the asparagus into pieces, arrange on a plate with rocket and strawberries. Drizzle with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. For the sauce, mix the cream cheese with the cream, lemon juice and herbs. Roll the ham and add it.
