- 250 g Strawberries
- 200 g Shepherd cheese
- 3 tbsp Pine nuts
- 4 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 8 tbsp Walnut oil
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the asparagus and cut into small pieces and cook in salted boiling water until al dente. Rinse with a slotted spoon in the ice water and drain into a sieve.
- In the meantime, roast the pine nuts in the pan without any fat.
- Wash the strawberries, dry them well and cut them in half, cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Prepare a dressing and pour over the ingredients. If necessary, season again and serve
