Asparagus Cocktail with Shepherd’s Cheese and Strawberries

  • 200 g Shepherd cheese
  • 3 tbsp Pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 8 tbsp Walnut oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into small pieces and cook in salted boiling water until al dente. Rinse with a slotted spoon in the ice water and drain into a sieve.
