Pears with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 bulb(s)
  • 100 g blue cheese (Gorgonzola)
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 clove(s)
  • 400 ml white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pears, halve them, and core them. Place them in a saucepan, cover with white wine, add sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and a clove, and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the pears and let them cool. Mix the Gorgonzola and mascarpone together well and fill the pear halves with it.
