Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g red grapes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the low-fat quark in a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cream and 2 packets of vanilla sugar, and mix with a hand mixer. Wash and hull the grapes, halve them, remove the seeds, and reserve a few for garnish. Mix the grapes into the quark. Then pour into glass bowls, decorate, and refrigerate.
