Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg zucchini
- 800 g mushrooms
- 3 onions
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- salt and pepper
- oil

Chop the vegetables to the desired size. Sauté the onions in a little oil in a pan until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Add the zucchini to the pan and sauté for a few minutes. Stir the herb cream cheese into the vegetables and simmer until the liquid in the pan has thickened to a creamy consistency. Add more water to the sauce, if desired. Season with vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper as desired.
