Pan-fried vegetables with zucchini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small zucchini
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g beans
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 onions
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some broth (instant)
  • 100 g peas
  • 100 g carrot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice all the vegetables. First, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Then add the vegetables and sauté until al dente. Season with salt, pepper, or a little instant stock, and finally fold in a cup of crème fraîche. Serve with boiled potatoes or baguette.
