Corn and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • butter
  • 400 g mushrooms (mixed)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 400 g corn kernels
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onion in a little butter, add the mushrooms, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the sugar, corn, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
