Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml whole milk
- 200 ml cream, fresh
- 150 ml peppermint syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 pieces of After Eight candy
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
suitable for children, as it is alcohol-free
Freeze After Eight in the freezer. Combine the milk, cream, peppermint syrup, salt, and egg white in a blender and blend vigorously. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and run for 45 minutes. Cut the After Eight into small pieces with a knife just before the ice cream maker is finished draining. Once the ice cream mixture is ready, stir the pieces into the ice cream mixture.
