  • 3 large onions
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cheese (gratin cheese)
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway, ground

Brown the ham cubes in a little olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced ​​onions and sauté until translucent. Let cool. Roll out the pizza dough on a deep baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the eggs with Cremefine and 1/2 a packet of cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Mix in the cooled onion and ham mixture. Spread this mixture over the dough and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the onion tart at 200-225°C for about 20 minutes.
