Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 250 g flour
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of diced bacon
- 1 onion(s), cut into rings
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 44 minutes
with bacon and onions
Mix eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt into a batter and let it rest for a few minutes. Then fold in the bacon and onion rings. Fry this mixture in a little oil to make pancakes. Serve with a green salad.
