Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 ml coffee
  • 4 cl liqueur (coffee liqueur)
  • 300 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

Beat the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar over steam and then chill again. Reduce the coffee by half, then fold it into the egg mixture. Fold in the semi-whipped cream and stir in the coffee liqueur. Pour the mixture into coffee cups and place in the freezer for about 3 hours. Allow to thaw slightly before serving.
