Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 14 scoops of confectionery (Raffaello)
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 medium-sized egg yolks
- 250 ml milk
- 200 ml cream

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Ice
Heat the Raffaellos with sugar, milk, and egg yolk in a saucepan. Crush the balls with a masher and stir over medium heat for about 10 minutes – do not boil. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze. This takes about 1 hour, depending on your ice cream maker.
