Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • 90 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mash the mandarins with a fork and mix with the lemon juice and milk. Then stir in the cream. Pour everything into the ice cream maker and churn for about 30-40 minutes.
