Apricot minced meat pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp chili sauce, e.g. Chinese
  • 1 cup Basmati, cooked
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 small can/s apricot(s), cut into wedges
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp pepper, green, pickled
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the chopped onion and ground beef in 1 tablespoon of hot oil, stirring occasionally. Stir in the tomato ketchup, season with salt and chili sauce, and add the spring onion rings. Cook everything for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the apricot slices and warm them into the ground beef. Finally, layer the cooked rice on top, mix the crème fraîche with a little pepper and the peppercorns, and spread it over the rice. Cover and heat everything up briefly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
