Simple sausage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 meat sausage
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar or other vinegar
  • oil
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First slice the sausage, then cut the slices into strips, and place them in a bowl. Peel and slice the onions, wash and chop the tomatoes into smaller pieces, and add everything to the bowl. Add a little water, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, mix, and season to taste. Peel and quarter the eggs, and place them on top of the sausage salad. We like to serve this sausage salad with fried potatoes.
