Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bags of bell pepper(s) (pepper mix, red, green, yellow)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 meat sausage
- salt and pepper
- 2 bags of rice
- little oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with sausage and onions, served with rice
Dice the sausage and onions. Fry them one after the other in a little oil in a pan until golden brown. Dice the bell peppers and add them to the pan. Simmer for about half an hour. While the vegetables are simmering, cook the rice in salted water. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper at the end.
