Malt beer goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 onions
  • 600 g beef goulash
  • 1 can of malt beer, 0.33 l
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder, homemade
  • 50 g ajvar
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

from the Thermomix

Add salt, pepper, paprika, and onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Then transfer to the frying pan. Add the goulash and sear until crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the goulash and onions to the mixing bowl along with all the other ingredients and simmer for 50-60 minutes at 100°C on the gentle stirring setting with the reverse rotation. Season again to taste.
