Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of tarte flambée dough, approx. 250 g, from the refrigerator
  • 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • n. B. spice mixture, e.g. Garam Masala
  • 4 apricots, approx.
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 100 g bacon, strips, or ham cubes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 onion(s), possibly 2

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 230°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the tarte flambée dough, homemade or from the refrigerated section, on baking paper on a baking sheet. Mix the crème fraîche with 1 teaspoon of seasoning mix, if desired, and spread it on the dough, leaving a small border all around. Peel the onion and cut into thin wedges. Halve and pit the apricots, then halve the halves again crosswise and cut into thin wedges. Crumble the feta. Spread the onion and apricot on the cream, drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with bacon or ham and the crumbled feta. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and serve hot. This is enough as a main course for at least 2 people.
