Wild garlic tarte flambée

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tarte flambée bases
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche with herbs (approx. 180 g)
  • 50 g lean ham cubes
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • 100 g pizza cheese
  • chili salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the wild garlic and cut into strips. Place the bases on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with the herb cream. Season with pepper and chili salt. Then add the diced ham and wild garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
