Leberkäse pan with tossed mini dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g Leberkäse
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp instant meat broth
  • 1 pack of dumplings (mini)
  • 20 g margarine
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the meatloaf and onion. Clean the bell pepper, peel if desired, and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat and prepared vegetables. Pour in 1/4 liter of water and stir in the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives. Cook the mini dumplings according to the package instructions and drain. Lightly brown the margarine in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the mustard. Briefly toss the dumplings in the margarine and serve with the meatloaf pan.
