Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of Nuremberg bratwurst
- 500 g mushrooms
- 4 carrots
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms and carrots. Cut the sausages into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages for about 5 minutes, then remove. Sauté the onion, carrots, and mushrooms in the frying fat for about 10 minutes. Dust with flour and sauté. Add 1/4 liter of water, the cream, and broth. Return the sausages and season with salt and pepper.
