Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Schupfnudeln from the refrigerated section or frozen
  • 1 small leek(s)
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 100 g grated cheese (Emmental, Gouda, …)
  • e.g. margarine or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious and very filling

Peel and finely dice the onions. Melt a little margarine or butter in a pan, add the ham, and fry. Add the dumplings and fry. When the dumplings begin to brown, add the onions and continue frying until crispy. Finally, add the grated cheese and toss until melted. Serve with salad.
