Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta, short
- 2 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 leek(s)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g cheese
- nutmeg
- Thyme
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
- 2 garlic cloves, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the meatloaf and fry in a pan with oil. Slice the leek into rings and add it. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, and vegetable broth to the pan and mix well. Add nutmeg, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. If desired, add two minced garlic cloves and fry briefly. Serve warm.
