Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • 2 steak(s) or schnitzel or similar
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack of tomatoes (date tomatoes)
  • 300 g mild yogurt
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chives
  • n. B. vinegar
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • some dill

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat and Maultaschen into bite-sized pieces. Season the meat to taste. Dice the onion and fry with the meat until the meat is cooked. Add the Maultaschen and cook, turning occasionally.
