Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 375 g quark
- 550 g flour
- 70 ml milk
- 70 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp Fondor
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300 g cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 head of broccoli
- 250 g diced ham
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- some Maggi
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead the quark, flour, milk, oil, egg, salt, fondant, and baking powder into a dough. Roll out the dough and place it on a deep baking sheet. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Dice the ham and arrange it on the baking sheet with the broccoli. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix the eggs, sour cream, chives, parsley, and seasonings well and pour over the entire baking sheet. Then place in a preheated oven (180°C) and bake for about 35-45 minutes. You’ll notice it when the dough darkens; every oven bakes differently. If you’re in a hurry, you can also use ready-made puff pastry.
