Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pkt. puff pastry (for 1 tray)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed or beef or lamb
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g blue cheese
- 50 g cheese, grated
- oregano
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the minced meat in a non-stick pan until browned and crumbly. Add the onions and garlic and season with thyme and oregano. Line the puff pastry with the roasting pan, not forgetting the edges. Place the minced meat on the pastry, spread the finely chopped blue cheese on top, and top with the tomatoes. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
