Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g citric acid
- 300 g sugar
- 5 g rose petals, dried
- 1 tonka bean(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
heavenly with strawberries or on ice cream
Finely grind the tonka bean with the rose petals and 120g of sugar, then mix with the citric acid and the remaining sugar! Use: On ice cream, especially vanilla or strawberry ice cream, and on fresh strawberries. Shelf life: approx. 6-8 months in airtight jars/containers.
