Anco's delicious pancakes with quark filling

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 g sugar
  • Raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

possibly with raisins

Whisk together eggs, milk, and water. Add flour, baking powder, pudding powder, sugar, and salt to the liquid and mix to form a smooth batter. Let stand for half an hour. In the meantime, prepare the quark. Mix the quark with sugar and egg yolk. You can also add vanilla sugar and raisins, if desired. Fry the batter in a greased pan until you have nice pancakes and top with the quark mixture.
