Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g chestnut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar or stevia 1:1
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the dry ingredients, then gradually add the eggs, milk, and melted butter, stirring until a smooth batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Heat oil or butter in a pan and cook the pancakes.
