Pasta with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g Gorgonzola, chopped
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • some tomato paste
  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Melt a little butter in a saucepan and add the finely chopped Gorgonzola, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with a little white wine and simmer over low heat. Now add the cream and the remaining white wine and season with tomato paste and fresh herbs. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
