Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 zucchini
  • Herbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some milk
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly salami

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Mix together with the cream cheese and herbs until smooth. You can also add small pieces of salami. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the pizza dough into six rectangles. Place the cheese mixture in the center of each rectangle and then fold it diagonally to create six pockets. Whisk together the egg and milk and brush the tops. Sprinkle with chili powder and bake according to the package instructions for the pizza dough.
