Minced meat pan with mini dumplings

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 pack of mini dumplings
  • 1 can corn (140 g drained weight)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp oil (germ oil)
  • 300 ml tomato juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quick cooking

Clean the spring onions and slice them into rings. Place the corn in a sieve and drain well. Finely chop the parsley. Brown the minced meat in hot oil in a pan until crumbly. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the tomato juice and corn. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook 1 pack of mini dumplings in water over medium heat for 7 minutes according to the package instructions (you can also use regular dumplings from the day before). Add the dumplings to the minced meat pan, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
