Broccoli with a twist. This recipe will win over even broccoli haters, and it’s quick to prepare.
Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Bring lightly salted water to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the minute steaks into thin strips. Combine the salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a bowl. Add the meat and marinate. Drain the broccoli and mix the beef broth with a dash of sherry and the parsley. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the meat and fry until a broth has formed. Deglaze with the broth and heat again for another 3 minutes. Add flour or a sauce thickener and stir in gently with a spoon until thickened. Finally, add the broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Rice, couscous, or pasta are best served as a side dish. Flatbread also tastes great with it.
