Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g turkey breast
- some oil
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup of rice (approx. 200 – 250 ml content)
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder

quick, easy and delicious
Dice the turkey breast, tomato, and onion. Season the meat and sear it in a pan with oil. Then add the diced tomatoes and onion and fry. Stir in the cream cheese and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Simmer until the meat is tender. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions until al dente and then add it to the meat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
