Nut Cake with Chocolate

The preparations

- The machine is ready to start and off you go: Beat the butter until it is lightly foamy, pour in the sieved sugar. It should all connect well, I add the eggs one by one. When everything has combined well, then add the sifted flour with the cornstarch and the baking powder, slowly, if the dough is now firmer I add a little liqueur. And don’t forget the pinch of salt
- Then add the ground nuts and the chocolate. If the dough needs liquid, add the rest of the liqueur. So, stir a little and then it goes to filling: Please only fill the glasses halfway with dough, it will still open. Now slide the grid into the oven, distribute the glasses on it, set the timer to about 35 minutes
- The larger glasses need a little longer, of course, so I put the small one forward, as well as the small baking pan, I always do the famous chopsticks test, it always works. So when the first glasses are ready I take them out and close them with the lid.
