Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 250 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 100 g salami, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly. Grease a baking sheet with oil and arrange the potatoes on it. Pour the broth over them and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Slice the tomatoes. Defrost the spinach leaves and let them drain. Tear the spinach apart a little. Remove the potatoes from the oven, spread the vegetables and salami on the pizza base. Season with salt and pepper, pour the cream over them, and sprinkle with cheese. Season the potato pizza with a little oregano and continue baking in the oven on the middle rack at 200 degrees Celsius until the cheese has melted.
