Chicken Fajita Spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti, already cooked
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 ml double cream (45%)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown. Set the chicken breasts aside. Chop the bell peppers and onion and fry until softened. Add the cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Then add the salsa and stir. Add the chicken pieces and the double cream and mix well. Finally, add the spaghetti and cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.
