Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 slice(s) bacon, smoked
- 2 carrots
- 300 g mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 can of tomatoes, in pieces
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- ⅛ liter red wine
- ⅛ liter meat broth
- Paprika powder
- Parsley, fresh
- Salt
- pepper
- some flour
- 300 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the mushrooms, carrots, onion, and bacon into small pieces. Briefly sauté the onion in a little flour in a pan and add the minced meat. Then briefly fry the bacon, carrots, and mushrooms. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, red wine, and meat broth. Stir in the tomato paste. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley to taste. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and serve with the sauce.
