Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g pasta
- 6 slices of salami
- 70 g peas
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g cheese, 40% fat
- 60 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- some butter
- salt and pepper
- some chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
easy and fast
First, add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook until tender but still firm to the bite. Dice the onions, salami, and cheese and fry them with the peas in a little butter. Add milk and cream and season to taste. Bring to a boil and then serve with the pasta.
