Spinach spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 750 g creamed spinach
  • 150 ml milk
  • 300g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the creamed spinach and milk and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 8 minutes. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Season the spinach sauce with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain the pasta and toss with the spinach sauce. Sprinkle the bacon over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
