Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 cup of cream
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely dice the ham, onion, and bell pepper. Briefly fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add the cream and granulated stock, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Once the pasta is done, add it to the sauce and let it simmer for a short time.
