Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 thick chicken legs
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g prunes
- 500 ml broth
- 5 tbsp gravy
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Halve the chicken thighs in half and remove the skin. Peel and dice the carrots and onions. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. Add the carrots and onions and sauté. Deglaze with the stock and add the prunes. Simmer over low heat until the chicken thighs are cooked, about 15 minutes. Add the meat juices, season to taste, and thicken the sauce slightly if desired. This can be served with mashed potatoes or rice.
