  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 small can of peach(s)
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese spread
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Sauce thickener, light
  • salt and pepper

Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, and cut into strips. Finely dice the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the sliced ​​chicken breast fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and fry. Then add the garlic clove (very finely chopped or pressed). Open the can of peaches and deglaze with the juice. Add the peaches (chopped to taste). Then add the cream and simmer the whole thing over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the chicken breast fillet is cooked. Finally, add the processed cheese and stir until it has dissolved into the cream sauce. Thicken with sauce thickener to taste and if desired. Tastes especially good with fresh baguette.
